At Gameday Hue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Return Policy Overview
- You may return any unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free from any scents or odors
- Without any marks, stains, or damage
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Free from pet hair, debris, and other contamination
How to Return an Item
- Visit your account page here: https://account.gamedayhue.com/
- Sign in using your email address and the verification code sent to your inbox — no password needed
- Select the order and items you wish to return and provide your reason for return
- Submit your return request for review
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Package your items securely in their original packaging and attach the provided label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Shipping Costs
A $7.00 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund when your return is processed.

All returns are shipped using a trackable shipping method via the label provided. Gameday Hue is not responsible for return packages lost in transit if a customer chooses not to use the provided label.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for different sizes or colors are available within the 30-day return window
- We'll ship your exchanged item free of charge within the continental United States
- International exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us at info@gamedayhue.com immediately
- Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping charges
- Defective items can be reported within 90 days of purchase — contact us directly for defect claims beyond the standard 30-day return window
Holiday Returns
- Items purchased between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31
- Standard return conditions and requirements still apply
- Gift returns will be issued as store credit at the price paid
