Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts). No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note:

• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• Gameday Hue is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once fulfilled, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@gamedayhue.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
